PACIFIC MIST
This project was a full transformation, inside & out. With a totally revamped floor plan this tract home now has a more open concept that promotes entertainment. Two large multi-slide doors at the back of the home allow guests to enjoy the true beauty of indoor/outdoor living.
NEWPORT BEACH, 2024
RITZ COVE
Some homes do not require a full transformation. This project is a perfect example, a few oversights on the original build led to blocked views and oversized columns. To bring the design up to the current trends of the market, we opened up the entire back of the home with large sliding doors and removed two columns that supported the second floor balcony. Every step of the project was surgically completed so we could match the existing finishes.

HiLLEDGE
Coastal properties come with specific challenges that need to be taken into account. We took into consideration all of our clients needs and paired that with selections that would last their lifetime within the home. We vaulted the ceiling to give the kitchen and dining area a more spacious feel while keeping the focus on the view out the back of the home.

We successfully managed a full renovation, focusing on refreshing the space with minor design updates. The project included upgrading flooring, baseboards, trim, doors, and painting both the interior and exterior. Key features were modernized to enhance functionality and appeal. By carefully coordinating the construction and design process, we ensured a smooth transformation that met the client’s needs and expectations.
SANTA BARBARA - 2023
FOREST VIEW
This original California-style home was passed through multiple generations. The focus was to keep the family home's original feel while adding square footage to make it more purposeful for modern-day use. With a fully detached ADU, this property increased drastically in value and also in usable space.

We managed both the construction and design process to achieve an incredible home transformation for the client. The project included new flooring, baseboards, trim, doors, interior and exterior painting, a cantina door for an open concept, and updates to the kitchen, bathrooms, fireplace, and deck.
